BUY IT!! he’s a teacher, he needs the extra income, but more importantly great educators like himself need to be paid more anyway for molding young minds!! Enter the Seed Tree. The book is written in an accessible, engaging way that can grab and hold even a teenager's attention, and does a fantastic job of making its subject matter understandable, while providing a compelling argument as to why even teenagers should take notice and plan for their future. The topic of money is sorely lacking in today’s education system, so this is a perfect complement to help teach youth all about investing, wealth management, and saving, all in a unique, easy to read style. I highly recommend this book to all, and will happily be purchasing copies for the younger members of my family so that they can begin building a better future for themselves sooner, rather than later. This came just in time and it will be required reading for all of them. I wish I had this when I was a young adult so I could have avoided a lot of mistakes, but it was worth my time even now because it has a lot of great insights about investing and retirement. I took some economics classes and even a wealth management class in college, and I’ve read plenty of online articles about smart financial strategy. Still, I learned a lot from this book and found it far more engaging than any resources I’ve seen before. This book boils it all down to what’s most relevant to teens and young adults looking to be smart with their current or future income. Best of all, it’s sprinkled with tidbits of advice that go beyond just money. I definitely wish I had this book in high school. ( This should be required reading for anyone (not just teens) looking to learn or solidify the basics of money management! )
